Electron beam three-dimensional layering technology
Started contract manufacturing of 3D titanium alloy products using the latest electron beam-based 3D additive manufacturing device.
We have started accepting orders for the manufacturing of 3D titanium alloy products using the latest electron beam 3D printing technology. The introduction of metal 3D printing has made it possible to create shapes that were previously difficult to achieve and to reduce costs. Currently, we can only accommodate titanium alloy 64, but in the future, we are considering high-performance alloys such as high-temperature resistant alloys beyond titanium alloys. Our 3D processing does not create voids in the material, and there are no internal defects when the surface is polished. The absence of voids offers various advantages, such as increased product strength and shortened polishing processes. Estimates can be provided based on unfolded drawings with dimensions. When placing an order, we will require 3D CAD data (in IGES or STL format) for metal fabrication. ~Specifications~ Buildable size: 200 x 200 x 340 mm Applicable steel type: Titanium alloy 64 Minimum thickness: 0.5 mm We also accommodate samples and prototypes.
